  • International Orders: A flat rate of €15 applies to all other countries


Estimated delivery times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Outside Europe: 7-14 business days

Can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order in our showroom in Leiden, The Netherlands. After your order, send an email to info@modernart.co to indicate that you choose to pick up. This gives you the unique opportunity to view our entire collection in the showroom.

Can I return my order?

Return Policy

At modernart.co, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If, however, you’d like to return an item, we’re happy to offer a flexible return policy:

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Full Refund Including Shipping Costs
Once we’ve received your returned product in good condition, you’ll be credited the full order amount, including any original shipping costs (if applicable).

Return Conditions
We kindly ask that products are returned in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories if possible. Please note that if the item or packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the reduction in value. Handle the product with care and ensure it’s well-protected during return shipping.

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify Us: Email us at info@modernekunst.nl to request a return. We’ll assist you with the return process and provide a tracking number for your shipment.
  2. Pack & Ship: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, as we want it to return in excellent condition. Ship your item with DHL to the address below, along with a brief, signed note explaining the reason for the return.

How does the damage-free delivery guarantee work?

All orders come with a damage-free delivery and arrival guarantee. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, this is our risk. Check immediately after delivery if anything is damaged and contact us immediately in this case. In the event of damage, you will receive a new copy of the artwork or we will refund the purchase price. Please note: defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days of delivery by email info@modernart.co or phone: +316 53 40 74 18

Can I also come and view works of art?

In our gallery in Leiden, The Netherlands you can view artworks. To plan a visit, simply fill in the appointment form on our contact page. For a faster response you can also call. Please note: viewing is only possible by appointment.
