You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Full Refund Including Shipping Costs
Once we’ve received your returned product in good condition, you’ll be credited the full order amount, including any original shipping costs (if applicable).
Return Conditions
We kindly ask that products are returned in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories if possible. Please note that if the item or packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the reduction in value. Pack & Ship: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, as we want it to return in excellent condition. Ship your item with DHL to the address below, along with a brief, signed note explaining the reason for the return.
