About Chaiyapong Hongtong
Chaiyapong Hongtong (1979) is a successful young painter from Bangkok, Thailand. He is also known as Tor. He studied at the King Mongkut's Institute of Technology and at the College of Fine Arts in Bangkok. Since then, his art has gained international recognition, and many of his paintings have been included in private collections all over the world.
In 2005, he opened his own studio and gallery. Tor finds his inspiration in the faces of women. Women with brightly colored lips and eyes. Tor's artworks consist of beautiful compositions of color and form. In his work, femininity and spontaneity interact.
