Ton Pret - Child in Time - Pink Abstract Artwork
'Child in Time' is Ton Pret at his most cheerful: playful, colorful, and with thick black lines that make every section pop. In this screen print on dibond, we see two fantasy figures looking at each other against a bright pink background. The figures are composed of organic shapes and geometric patterns. It looks as if the creature on the left is helping the other with skateboarding.
The screen print is mounted on an aluminum dibond plate and coated with epoxy; the flat artwork has a frame on the back, which makes it hang 'floating' on the wall.
About Ton Pret:
Ton Pret (1958) is a Dutch self-taught artist who has been painting since 2005. His style, described by experts as "CoBrA, 21st-century," is instantly recognizable by its bold colors and imaginative figures.
